A writing competition to celebrate the life and legacy of Stephen J Spears

Adelaide’s City South Association is delighted to recognise the life and works of Steve J Spears by inviting Australian resident writers to enter the Stephen J. Spears One Thousand Words writing competition.

Entry is free. The Competition commences on Thursday, 24 July 2008 and ends at close of business on 19 September 2008. Submissions must reference the competition theme of ‘an Adelaide experience’. Entries should be exactly 1000 words.

The winning entry will be published in the Adelaide Review and the writer will be awarded a cash prize of $1000.
